About Bob
I've always been active throughout my life. After college that parlayed into racing endurance events like triathlons, 5k, 10k and obstacle course racing. Throughout my athletic career, I would constantly get asked about my routine. What do you do for exercise, what did you eat, drink, etc. I found that I received a lot of personal satisfaction from helping others get fit and healthy. I took that excitement and desire to help others and obtained my personal trainer, nutrition counseling, and healthy coaching certifications. The education along with my experience over a 20 plus year athletic career gives me a well-rounded view of what it takes to put together a successful program. Contact me to get started today!

Rates
Personal training/small group training. All sessions are one hour and include warm-up and cool down.

6 pack of sessions $45 per session

Nutrition counseling/weight management

GOLD $400 per month - includes daily check ins, weekly one on one and 2 training sessions per week.

SILVER $350 per month - includes daily check ins, weekly one on one and 1 training session per week

BRONZE - $300 per month - includes daily check ins, weekly one on ones and a written exercise plan
Endurance coaching

$350 per month - includes custom training program, weekly one on one, nutrition guidance plan.
